General Meeting / Luncheons
The PSCA general meetings/luncheons are held at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant located at 1201 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
The Philadelphia Surety Claims Association luncheons occur four times per year, generally falling on the third Wednesday of the month.

Please join the Philadelphia Surety Claims Association on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant located at 160 North Gulph Road, Suite 205, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406 where its guest speakers, Gustavo Fernandez and Christopher W. Foux of VERTEX will present on the topic of affirmative claims which offers one (1) CE or CLE credit hour of professional education.
Gus Fernandez is a Managing Consultant based in Denver, CO and has over 30 years of experience managing all facets of Construction. His experience includes the construction and/or renovations of major projects such as airports, hospitals, schools, convention centers, luxury hotels, large scale residential development projects, multi-family residential and commercial buildings; as well as civil infrastructure projects including bridges, roads, potable water treatment plants and distribution systems, wastewater treatment plants, power generation and distribution projects.
Chris Foux is based in Philadelphia, PA and is a Subject Matter Expert with LitCon Group, LLC (A Vertex Company). He specializes in damage claims, forensic accounting, financial analysis, and valuation services for clients across many industries including government contracting, construction, media, retail, health care, defense, and nuclear power generation. Mr. Foux has assisted counsel with numerous phases of the litigation process including document discovery and depositions.
