General Meeting / Luncheons
The PSCA general meetings/luncheons are held at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant located at 1201 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
The Philadelphia Surety Claims Association luncheons occur four times per year, generally falling on the third Wednesday of the month.

Join the PSCA in welcoming this session’s speaker, Michael R Morano of McElroy Deutsch in discussing financially troubled contractors and bankruptcies.
Michael has substantial experience assisting contract sureties during all phases of a construction project, including during completion efforts. In his construction practice, Michael represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and insurance carriers in a variety of matters.
Michael’s surety experience includes performance bond defaults, distressed contractor transactions, bankruptcies, complex underwriting matters, M&A due diligence, bad faith claims, payment bond claims, liens, union benefits claims, and wage and hour claims, among other matters.
Michael serves as Co-Chair of McElroy Deutsch’s Construction, Fidelity & Surety Practice Group and the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. He is also active in the Fidelity & Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association – as he serves as a committee chair – and has authored articles and book chapters for the ABA and other industry organizations.
